Investment Summary

  • A multi-asset Trust established in partnership with Isaac Property Group
    (www.isaacproperty.com.au), the leading developer of properties throughout NSW for major convenience retailers. Isaac Property Group have completed over 40 developments in this sector. 
  • At present, the Trust has secured two (2) convenience retail development properties: 
    • Cranebrook, Western Sydney: 1.5ha land parcel in a Western Sydney growth precinct, acquired with pre-commitments from seven (7) tenants including (but not limited to) Hungry Jacks, Guzman y Gomez, El Jannah, Service Station and Childcare Centre on initial lease terms between 10-20 years.  
    • Albion Park Rail, Southern Sydney: A single tenant El Jannah outlet located on a corner site on the main arterial highway in Albion Park Rail. The property was acquired with a 10-year commitment from El Jannah.
