Co-investment in a recently completed industrial and self-storage facility located on 2.56ha of land bound by Parramatta Road and the M4 in the tightly held Homebush West commercial precinct.
The co-investment occurred immediately following practical completion, with the industrial component securely pre-leased and the self-storage facility commencing trade with Wilson Storage as the operator.
The Burtonwood trust has co-invested alongside the developers, Trumen Corp and Norman Property Partners, who retain a significant equity interest in the property alongside Burtonwood with an aligned investment strategy.
