Burtonwood Investment Partners is a national real estate private equity firm established in 2020 which leverages cross border capital and investment opportunities to provide investors with a genuine national platform and offering.

Burtonwood targets compelling risk adjusted returns by co-investing alongside experienced development and operating partners, who are specialists in their respective investment classes. This affords Burtonwood and its investors with an opportunity to often participate higher up the risk/return curve, but with the inherent risks significantly mitigated through experience and sector specific knowledge.

Key to Burtonwood’s value proposition is its depth of relationships with specialist partners, which have been nurtured by Burtonwood Principals for many years. This provides our investors with an opportunity to participate in quality investment opportunities typically not available in the marketplace. In most instances, our partners have either been funded by their own balance sheet, High Net Worth Family Offices and/or global institutional investors.

We are sector agnostic and typically target mid-market investment opportunities, which are too large for individual High Net Worth investors and too small for institutional investors. This subset of the market is where we have been able to extract maximum value for our investors.

Burtonwood is headquartered in Sydney, with the Principals residing on both the east and west coast, respectively. Leveraging their combined networks, Burtonwood seeks to provide on-the-ground expertise and local market intelligence.
