- Burtonwood secured an off-market co-investment opportunity to acquire an interest in the newly completed “Homebush Logistics Centre” located at 201 Parramatta Road, Homebush West, NSW, approximately 14km west of Sydney’s CBD.
- The property comprises c.16,000sqm of lettable area across a mix of industrial warehouse and multi-level self-storage facilities.
- The property is located on 2.56ha of land, directly adjacent to the M4 and Parramatta Road, which are major arterial roads in Sydney.
- Burtonwood acquired interest from the developer, Trumen Norman, who specialise in Industrial and Self-Storage development projects throughout Sydney, and retain a significant ownership alongside Burtonwood.
- The Trust was established at the end of the construction phase of the Property. At the time of acquisition, the Industrial component of the Property was 99% pre-leased to quality tenant covenants, and the Self-Storage facility being operated by Wilson Storage under a management agreement. This investment provides Burtonwood investors with immediate income distributions following settlement.
