- Acquisition of two (2) adjoining art deco apartment buildings on 809sqm of land, located at 87 and 87a Cowles Road, Mosman from multiple vendors. The business plan is to demolish the existing buildings and develop 15 residential dwellings.
- Burtonwood are co-invested with our development partner, WINIM, who are responsible for delivery of the project and have a strong track record in the lower north shore market. Burtonwood has partnered with WINIM on six (6) projects.
- A deferred land settlement was negotiated for several years to secure the requisite planning approvals close to land settlement.
- The project now has the requisite approvals and is under construction.
