- Acquisition of two (2) adjoining art deco apartment buildings on 1,237sqm of land, located at 13 and 15 Allister Street, Cremorne NSW. The business plan is to demolish the existing buildings and develop approximately 13 luxury residential apartments.
- Burtonwood are co-invested with our development partner, WINIM, who are responsible for delivery of the project and have a strong track record in the lower north shore market. Burtonwood has partnered with WINIM on six (6) projects.
- A deferred land settlement was negotiated for several years to secure the requisite planning approvals prior to land settlement.
- The project now has the requisite approvals and is under construction.
