Investment Overview
- Acquisition of two freestanding houses on 7,856sqm of land, located at 11 Collins Road and 34 Memorial Avenue, St Ives, NSW. The two (2) properties were acquired with an existing DA-approval to develop 26 residential apartments for purchasers over the age of 55.
- Burtonwood are co-invested with our development partner, WINIM, who are responsible for delivery of the project and have a strong track record in the lower north shore market. Burtonwood has partnered with WINIM on six (6) projects previously which are all at different stages of development.
- The project has the requisite approvals and is under construction.
