Establishment of Grant Samuel Property Finance division by Christian McKelvey to provide debt and equity advisory and sourcing.
Burtonwood Investment Partners was established to provide investors access to traditional, niche and emerging property sector investment opportunities. Burtonwood seeks value and targets market inefficiencies and mispricing to generate stable risk-adjusted income and capital returns.
By partnering with established and specialist developers and operators, we mitigate risk and increase the breadth of opportunities available to our investors. We propose to create opportunities rather than just acquire them, thereby adding value through the property lifecycle, which ultimately benefits our investors through thorough risk management, optimal capital structuring and defined and committed exit strategies.
Burtonwood is headquartered in Sydney and provides a true national platform with the Founding Partners residing on both east and west coast respectively. Leveraging their combined networks, Burtonwood seeks to identify and deliver opportunities throughout Australia whilst ensuring on-the ground expertise and local market intelligence.
Burtonwood Investment Partners is regulated by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission and holds Australian Financial Services License (AFSL) #522843.
