These partnerships provide our investors with an opportunity to invest alongside development and investment partners with an established track record in their respective property sectors. Burtonwood has leveraged its industry relationships to unlock investment opportunities previously only afforded to Ultra High Net Worth Family Offices and global institutional investors. 

Our sector-based partnership approach has proven to be highly effective in providing investors with diversification of investment opportunities, alongside aligned and invested partners who have considerable experience dealing with sector specific risks and challenges.

This affords Burtonwood investors an opportunity to access opportunities higher up the risk / return curve, but with the inherent risks significantly mitigated through experience and sector specific knowledge.

WINIM

WINIM is a residential and accommodation specialist property development firm established in 2010. WINIM has developed, managed and completed over 80 projects ranging in value to over $1bn.

Trumen

Trumen Corp is a privately owned property development and investment company which has completed in excess of 40 developments over the past 20 years. More recently, Trumen’s core business has comprised industrial and self-storage development.

Isaac Property

Isaac Property is one of the largest developers of convenience retail in Australia with a strong market share in NSW across service stations, fast food, childcare, automotive retailers and gyms.

Isaac Property has developed over 40 convenience retail sites to date in NSW.

Norman Property Partners

Norman Property Partners is a Sydney based property firm which specialises in the development of Industrial and Self Storage projects, as well as boutique residential projects.

Since inception, Norman Property Partners has competed over 35,000sqm of development, with a further c.25,000sqm currently under construction.

Saracen Properties

Saracen Properties is a family owned property development business formed in 1993. Since inception the company has owned and developed a large number of retail, residential, industrial and commercial office projects, predominantly in Western Australia.

Over the past 27 years, Saracen has successfully initiated and completed projects valued in excess of $1bn, including over $150m in projects in the last 5 years.
