- Acquisition of a meaningful interest in an existing non-bank lending business, focused on the secured equipment finance sector for Prime Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) borrowers.
- Burtonwood has a long-standing relationship with the COEX Capital management team which afforded our investors an opportunity to acquire a share of the business just prior to a big 4 bank senior warehouse facility being activated to significantly grow the loan book and reduce the cost of capital.
