Investment Overview
- Acquisition of three (3) separate residential lots located at 43, 45 and 47 Dumaresq Street, Gordon. The business plan is to demolish the existing homes and develop 14 high-end residential townhouses.
- Burtonwood has co-invested with our development partner, WINIM, who are responsible for delivery of the project and have a strong track record in the lower north shore market. Burtonwood has partnered with WINIM on six (6) projects previously which are all at different stages of development.
- The project now has the requisite approvals and is under construction.
